イギリスでホストファミリーが買い物に行ったのでWhat did you get when you went shopping?（何買ってきたの？）って聞いたら、
「Oh, not much. Just a few bits and bobs.」って言われました。
「bits and bobs」って何？！お菓子の名前？え？なになに？

「bits and bobs」は、特別ではない「色んな物」「こまごまとした物」って意味でした。
