Someone who is nosey takes too much interest in other people’s affairs. Such people are always sticking their noses in other people’s business, or sniffing around for rumors.

「あんたとは関係ないでしょう？友達に私たちのゴシップを振りまくつもりよね？」
「Nosey」な人は他人の問題に興味を持ちすぎる人です。このような人はいつも他人事に鼻を突っ込んだり、噂を嗅ぎつけたりします。（元は「鼻」という意味の「nose」です！）
