「協議会のホテルの予約担当は誰だ？」
ホテルで集まるほど大規模なミーティングです。誰も部屋の予約を間違えないように全部まとめてしたほうがいいかもしれません。これを任された人は「in charge of reservations」と言えます。「In charge of」の後は、「the reservations」「making the reservations」「reserving the hotel」など名詞扱いできるものならなんでも大丈夫です。でも「charge」の前の「in」は「on」に変えると意味不明になります。何かを担当している人、何かを任された人は「in charge」です。
