Notes: This school needs five new students to break even for a teacher-owner-operator. We are currently negotiating local business classes with a monthly income of JPY96,000 to start in October. Notes: This franchise opened in April 2007 and sale includes all necessary equipment and curriculum. The school is set up and running with signs standing outside and on the window, facing the train line. Also included are table, chairs, whiteboard, bookshelves, clock and slipper rack. Extra costs will be for a computer, printer/fax/phone and laminator.

Notes: This school was set up as a part-time enterprise to supplement my full-time income and it was very successful at that. The school is in an affluent area of Kobe, just 10 minutes away from Sannomiya by train. It is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from JR Sumiyoshi Station.

Due to my busy schedule, I haven't had time to develop the school or fill in more times for classes. Up until recently, the school was run only in the evenings. Currently, with more school hours opening and more flyers being passed out, student numbers are starting to grow. There is great potential for growth.
